Registration - 2020


The registration fee includes your full event attendance and all delegate materials, two-nights lodging, three Sabbath meals, and Sunday breakfast.
 
For rooms, you have different options:
 

$185.00 per person: Four people will be assigned to one of the 29 rooms with 1 queen bed + 1 queen bed.
Optional: If one or two of the four people assigned to the room wants to sleep on the floor, you must bring your own bedding (sleeping bag) and camping mattress.

$195.00 per person: Four people will be assigned to one of the 74 rooms with 1 king bed + 1 queen bed.
Optional: If one or two of the four people assigned to the room wants to sleep on the floor, you must bring your own bedding (sleeping bag) and camping mattress.

$205.00 per person: Three people will be assigned to one of the 40 rooms with 1 king bed + 1 sleeper sofa.
Optional: If one of the three people assigned to the room wants to sleep on the floor, you must bring your own bedding (sleeping bag) and camping mattress.

$240.00 per person: Only two people will be assigned to one room with two separate king or queen beds.

 

$350.00 per person: Only one person will be assigned to one room with a king or queen bed.

 
Rooms will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis.
 
Refund Policy: No refunds will be granted for this event. If you will not be able to attend, please send someone to attend in your place.

Children: As a courtesy to other participants, and to maximize your benefit during the event, we ask that you make other arrangements for the care of your children younger than 16 years old.

Dress: Business casual or Sabbath attire during worship hours. 

On-site Registration & Event Check-in: You should check-in and pick up your event information packet on Friday, February 14, 2020, from 3:00-7:00 pm. You may register on-site only if space is still available. You may pay the registration fee with cash, credit card, or money order made out to the Center for Youth Evangelism.
 
Hotel Check in: Friday 3pm
Hotel Check out: Sunday 11am

 

  • Please, be aware that if a room for 2-4 people is selected, you need to provide the names of your roommates that are or will be registered for this event, otherwise we will assign you a roommate in order to complete the room.
  • If the names you listed are not registered for the event at the moment of your check-in at the hotel, we will do our best to complete your room with other participants.
  • If we do not find a roommate, you will be charged according to the number of people in the room.
